Patrick Peisker is R&D Senior Director at Avaya. He currently heads the Contact Center business unit in India, encompassing product management, development, quality assurance and operations across R&D sites. Prior this, Patrick lead product management in India focusing on cloud enablement. Overall, Patrick has held various roles starting from software design, engineering processes to more strategic senior management & leadership roles. He has setup product teams from ground up, evangelized change, collaborated with partners, enabled technology acquisitions and led large number of programs (100+) with teams across the globe. Patrick has hands-on experience as an individual contributor and in leading teams across cultures. He has led through economic boom, slow-down, globalization and consolidation. Patrick holds a Master of (Software) Engineering degree from the Nuremberg Institute of Technology - Georg Simon Ohm in Germany and has successfully completed his executive education in product management at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley in the US. He is an active participant with Nasscom in India and spends his free time engaging with startups in the region.
