Pankaj Kulshreshtha, is the Chief Executive Officer of Scienaptic Systems since May 2014. Pankaj has over 26 years of experience in analytics across industries. He led analytics at Genpact for 6 years and grew that business 300% while he was at it. Previously, he served as Vice President of GECIS – Analytics and as Chief Risk Officer for the Loans business and led risk management for various portfolios at GE Money UK. Pankaj is a Mechanical Engineer from VNIT, Nagpur and holds a Doctorate degree in Management Sciences from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Scienaptic was founded by Pankaj in May 2014, as a new age platform based, big data analytics company, with a vision to transform the way companies deliver superior intelligence in their customer interactions. Scienaptic offers end-to-end decisioning solutions powered by its Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based platform (“Ether”).
