Mr. Mohit Thukral is currently the Executive Officer and Senior Vice President at Genpact, a leading global professional services firm focused on putting digital and data to work to create competitive advantage for its clients. He is currently the Business Leader for Genpact’s largest vertical (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) globally. He oversees client management, business development, operations and capability development for the vertical globally. Under his leadership, the business grew fivefold in last ten years to a ~$1Bn business across 18 global delivery centers and with over ~25,000+ people. He was responsible for setting up the consulting, digital and analytics business for the Financial Services Vertical which now serves 30+ clients across the globe. ; Mohit earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and has completed his Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. ; An Industry Thought Leader and elected member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, Mohit is currently spearheading a pan-industry taskforce on ‘Skilling for the Future’ – in light of the changing digital landscape and the overall disruption being witnessed. ; He is passionate about the education sector and is on the Global Corporate Advisory Board of edX.org (founded by Harvard and MIT) and is also a Founder at Ashoka University.
